What products do you broker?
We broker: - Crude oil (Brent, WTI, Bonny Light, etc.) - Refined products (Diesel EN590, Jet A1, Gasoline, Fuel Oil) - LPG and LNG - Bitumen, Mazut, and other petroleum derivatives
What documents do I need to get started?
Typically: - A Letter of Intent (LOI) or Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO) - Product specifications and quantity requirements - Delivery terms (CIF/FOB, destination port) - Company KYC documents (corporate profile, registration, etc.) - Proof of funds (BCL, RWA, or bank instruments where applicable)
Can you facilitate both spot and long-term contracts?
Yes. We support: - Spot deals for immediate or one-time purchases - Long-term contracts (SPA) for regular monthly or quarterly supply agreements
Can you help new or smaller buyers?
We can work with newer buyers as long as they meet our verification standards and demonstrate genuine purchasing intent. We often assist growing companies in navigating their first major transactions.
How do you vet your counterparties?
All buyers and sellers go through a due diligence process that includes KYC checks, compliance verification, and commercial capability assessment. We only work with trusted, reputable parties.
What Incoterms do you support - CIF or FOB?
We work with both CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight) and FOB (Free on Board) structures, depending on the needs of the client and logistics arrangements.

Is there a fee for your services?
Yes, brokerage fees are agreed upon transparently at the beginning of the engagement and are typically structured as a percentage of the contract value or a fixed success-based commission.
